NEET UG 2025 Exam Pattern: Syllabus PDF for Physics, Chemistry & Biology: The National Eligibility cum Entrance Test for Undergraduate (NEET UG) 2025 is scheduled to be conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA) in May 2025. Aspirants seeking admission to medical and dental colleges across India for MBBS/BDS programs should note that the exam will be held offline using OMR sheets in a single shift on a single day.

The exam will consist of 200 multiple-choice questions (MCQs) from four subjects: Physics, Chemistry, Botany, and Zoology. Each subject will feature 50 questions divided into two sections: Section A will have 35 mandatory questions, while Section B will have 15 questions, of which candidates are required to answer any 10.

Each correct answer will award 4 marks, while an incorrect response will result in a deduction of 1 mark. No marks will be deducted for unattempted questions. The medium of the exam will include English, Hindi, Assamese, Bengali, Gujarati, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Odia, Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu, and Urdu.
